What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 AI engineers, conducting code reviews and providing architectural guidance.
• Oversee the transition from experimental notebooks to production-grade services, ensuring high availability and low latency.
• Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and prototyping new techniques (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, quantization).

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML Software Engineering, with at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership/lead role.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Mastery of Python and deep familiarity with frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and API design (FastAPI/Flask).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience managing agile workflows.
