What you will do

• Define and execute combined innovation and presales roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design and development of GenAI-powered Salesforce solutions, incorporating automation and predictive analytics.
• Own the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, and client presentations.
• Lead and mentor innovative architects, presales consultants, and technical teams, fostering continuous learning.
• Build strong relationships with Salesforce account teams and ecosystem partners for co-sell and co-innovate opportunities.

Requirements

• 20-25 years of IT experience with proven leadership in innovation and presales.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong solution architecture, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise architecture.
