What you will do

• Participate in account strategy planning and qualify opportunities with the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities, including tailored high-level demos, Rfx’s, and PoV’s.
• Design and develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the hirify.global platform.
• Resolve client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
• Evangelize hirify.global solutions, build solutions for different industry verticals, and support marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Product teams to improve functionalities and integrate external technologies, and provide feedback on the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a demonstrable track record in client-facing roles, such as Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a key requirement for this position.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills.
• Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with proven experience building relationships.
