Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester), requiring at least two days per week in one of the office sites.

Salary: £59,850–£66,500

• Translate Commercial Banking blueprint into clear organisational design principles.
• Develop and deliver reporting capabilities for strategic priorities.
• Work with partners to gather requirements and provide meaningful insight.
• Define data standards and interpret large datasets accurately.
• Utilise Power BI and Excel to create actionable insights.
• Lead and deliver small to medium scale projects.

Requirements

• Experience in an Analytics or MI team.
• Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently.
• Strong Commercial Awareness of the Business and Commercial Banking environment.
