What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services powering AI applications
• Lead development of low latency voice-enabled AI applications
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance
• Implement model integration patterns connecting various services
• Define and implement observability standards including latency and cost metrics
• Collaborate with ML Scientists and Data Scientists to productionize models

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland
• 6+ years of backend development experience, 3+ years with Go
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong collaboration skills with PMs, frontend, and backend teams
• Experience building MVPs and iterating based on user feedback
• Self-starter capable of independent and team work

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems
• Familiarity with complex agentic workflows and LLM concepts like retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
