Salary: 1900–3500 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Collaborate across teams to drive key initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Apply email deliverability best practices and optimize campaign deployment.
• Develop and execute personalized, triggered email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics for continuous improvements.
• Maintain a healthy subscriber database.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing with a solid grasp of design, build, and deliverability principles.
• Comfortable with email best practices, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and focus on delivering results.
