What you will do

• Lead and execute SEO strategy across Baltic markets (on-site, off-site, technical).
• Prioritize and manage technical SEO initiatives with development teams.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize content and site structure for AI-powered search engines.
• Drive on-page optimizations and structured data implementation.
• Lead sustainable backlink strategy and manage external SEO partners.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Ability to create, review, and optimize SEO content.
• Good understanding of website architecture (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS).
• Experience leading backlink strategies and sustainable link-building activities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing skills in Estonian and English.
