What you will do

• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) for data accuracy and compliance.
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
• Process candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, supporting onboarding coordination.

Requirements

• HR Degree or Degree from a relevant discipline required.
• Experience working in a Human Resource Department, preferably in recruitment.
• Relevant knowledge of employment legislation.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases.
