Salary: $127,500–$178,000 USD (ranges by US region)

What you will do

• Lead the design of clinical research studies, ensuring methodological rigor in data collection and statistical analysis.
• Manage IRB preparation, submission, and oversight for research studies.
• Analyze and interpret complex data from wearable devices to derive meaningful health insights in specific areas.
• Contribute to research papers, patents, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Identify, establish, and manage collaborations with academic and industry partners.
• Provide critical clinical science expertise to support evidence-based decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioral or Health Sciences, Sleep and Circadian Biology, Exercise or Sport Science, Physiology, Cardiovascular or Metabolic Health, Endocrinology, Women’s Health, or Digital Health.
• Experience leading the design, execution, and/or analysis of regulated clinical trials.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact research in health sciences, including study design, IRB processes, and scientific dissemination.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, taking initiative and working autonomously.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, R, and/or SQL for data extraction, processing, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Extensive experience analyzing large-scale time-series physiological, wearable, and/or biomedical data.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements, such as FDA processes.
• Proven ability to translate scientific discoveries into practical applications (R&D).
