What you will do

• Design and conduct feasibility studies to improve hearing performance for cochlear implant recipients.
• Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external clinics/academic researchers.
• Aid in the development of research software using Python and MATLAB.
• Communicate findings through technical documentation, presentations, and publications.
• Support the development of intellectual property.

Requirements

• Degree in Hearing Science, Audiology, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Research background in cochlear implants, hearing aids, or related medical devices.
• 3+ years of industry experience in audio or medical devices.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, SQL, R, and Rust.
• English: C1+ fluent required.
• Minimum 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload internet connectivity is required.
