What you will do

  • Learn SaaS post-sales KPIs and metrics while supporting strategic initiatives across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to CS teams and leadership using AI tools like OpenAI/Claude.
  • Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance automations on the hirify.global platform.
  • Write business process and technical documentation for new and existing processes.
  • Partner with CS Data Analytics to improve data accuracy and translate business needs into scalable solutions, including reporting frameworks.
  • Own daily/weekly tasks, conduct UAT for new automations, analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or technical field.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Strong AI prompting skills and creative AI application.
  • Experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience automating business processes, preferably with hirify.global.
  • Hyper-organized, diligent, with strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail; commit to 12-month role.
