What you will do

• Lead the certification testing process for console games, ensuring compliance with platform holder requirements.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for certification testing.
• Collaborate and coordinate with development teams to identify and resolve issues related to certification requirements.
• Manage a team of certification testers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Track and report on the status of certification testing, including progress, issues, and risks.
• Work closely with Publishing partners such as FQA, Production, and Release Management to ensure an efficient process.
• Collaborate with platform holders to stay up-to-date with certification requirements and guidelines.
• Develop internal publishing standards and create test cases for PC releases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the games industry.
• Experience leading QA efforts for successful certification passes for game releases.
• Good grasp of first-party requirements (TRCs, XRs, Lotcheck).
• Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
