TL;DR
Senior Technical Consultant (Professional Services): Executing data migration projects and ensuring successful customer deployment and adoption of solutions with an accent on architecture review, data & permission migration, and third-party software integration. Focus on being a customer champion, managing multiple projects, and providing industry best practices.
Location: Poznań, Poland. Travel expectations are less than 10%.

What you will do
- Execute data migration project implementation to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of solutions.
- Act as a customer champion and liaison between customers and teams to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Communicate professionally, follow Standard Operating Procedures, and take ownership of project deliverables.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Customers on assigned projects, reporting to a Technical Manager/Director.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills covering user provisioning, authentication, data and permission migration tools, monitoring, troubleshooting, virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V), Windows/Linux Server operating systems, and scripting (Python, SQL, PowerShell).
- Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or applications in a technical capacity for a SaaS environment.
- Strong experience migrating Data and Permissions.
- Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (C1) required.
- 5+ years of relevant Customer Facing Implementation experience.
