• Lead and mentor the Checkout Identity Verification team.
• Drive delivery of the current product roadmap and articulate a comprehensive 3-year strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on front-end experiences and implementations.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Gain deep insights into hirify.global’s customers and business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Proven expertise in building user-centric onboarding flows and managing strictly regulated products.
• Demonstrated success in launching and driving adoption of B2B products.
• Experience navigating the financial regulatory landscape.
• Data-driven mindset, skilled in leveraging data and business insights to guide strategic priorities.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
