What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the NXP CoreRide platform.
• Manage product strategy, definition, lifecycle, and technical design processes.
• Work in close alignment with the automotive Software R&D team.
• Collaborate with various automotive product lines to define optimal platform solutions.
• Own the legal and commercial framework with ecosystem players to build comprehensive offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading successful Software integration at an OEM.
• Mandatory knowledge of automotive embedded software and semiconductors.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1.
