TL;DR

Product Management Associate (AI, SaaS): Integrating and scaling worker voice technologies within a sustainability platform with an accent on translating human rights challenges into digital experiences. Focus on leading product discovery, managing agile sprint cycles, and leveraging AI tools for requirement synthesis and documentation.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office). Only for candidates eligible to work and live in Poland.

Salary: Will be shared following the technical assessment stage.

What you will do

• Lead the definition and scoping of new features, leveraging AI tools for data synthesis and requirement drafting.
• Author comprehensive Product Design Documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate user pain points and business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end agile sprint process, managing backlog and ensuring a high velocity of high-quality releases.
• Maintain the squad’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new features to ensure high quality user experience.
• Present live demos of new functionality and produce clear release notes using Generative AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or Sustainability Tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex sprint cycles and delivering software products on schedule.
• Ability to interpret data to monitor product health and inform backlog prioritisation.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools (such as LLMs and productivity assistants).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work and live in Poland.
