Salary: PLN 19,000–24,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Analyze product features and gather customer input to understand operational challenges.
• Create business and functional descriptions for new features.
• Collaborate with SCRUM, QA, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions.
• Leverage flight operations expertise to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Travel approximately 20% for customer workshops and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of expertise in Airline Flight Operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, demonstrating integrity and transparency.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, airspace management, and civil aviation authorities worldwide.
• English: C1+ (Full professional fluency) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or MBA.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working with agile development teams and understanding of Scrum.
• Technical Product Management or Business Analyst experience.
• Familiarity with integration of data between multiple products.
• Dispatch and/or Pilot license.
• Previous ATC Coordinator experience with complex EU or FAA airspace sectors.
