Senior UI/UX Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in the European Economic Area; flexible schedule with core overlap hours required for real-time collaboration.

What you will do

• Own product design end to end, from identifying user problems to shipping intuitive and validated experiences.
• Direct agentic design tools to explore options quickly and apply judgment about what should be built.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate and validate ideas.
• Expand designs into working frontends and collaborate with engineers on implementation quality.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for scalable products.
• Work with customers, product owners, venture partners, and clients on discovery, scope, estimation, and delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• At least 3 years of professional UI and UX experience designing and shipping software products.
• Strong product mindset, customer communication skills, and the ability to organize and drive work independently.
• Deep understanding of responsive web and mobile product design.
• Hands-on experience with agentic design tools such as Claude Design, Figma Make, or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, experience with design systems and component libraries, and working knowledge of frontend development and Git.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience using Claude Code or an equivalent tool to expand designs into working frontend implementations.
