What you will do
- Support the development and execution of business development initiatives across RLUSD, XRPL, and hirify.global Payments.
- Help source, evaluate, and progress partnerships with fintechs, payment companies, banks, and digital asset infrastructure providers.
- Assist in structuring and executing commercial agreements in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Stablecoins, hirify.globalX, and Payments to support partner onboarding and launches.
- Build a strong understanding of hirify.global’s product suite and articulate value propositions clearly to partners.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, support account planning, and help ensure momentum from initial engagement through to launch.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, cross-border payments, FX, or blockchain-based financial products.
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Comfort working in regulated environments and partnering closely with Legal and Compliance.
- Clear communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter looking to build depth across hirify.global’s product suite and progress into larger ownership over time.
