hirify.global is an international IT company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, creating and launching its own software products and services focused on Fintech and iGaming solutions.

What you will do

• Solve business problems using data and identify insights for product improvements.
• Collect and process data from sources like ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
• Build batch data pipelines using Airflow and DBT.
• Develop core dashboards and models for self-service analytics in BI systems (Metabase).
• Formulate hypotheses and conduct A/B tests, evaluating results.

Requirements

• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of iGaming / Fintech specifics.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries + optimization).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience with Airflow, DBT, ClickHouse (DAGs + MVs) and building reports in BI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Metabase.
• Experience with GrowthBook.
• Experience building anomalies alerting systems.
• Experience building a hierarchy of metrics.
