Location: Hybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home) in Larnaca, Cyprus. Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor marketing operations and performance.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies.
• Evaluate marketing-business metrics and provide ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
• Analyse large datasets and deliver actionable recommendations to support marketing objectives.
• Develop user demographics, behaviour insights, and segmentation strategies for optimised targeting.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards for tracking KPIs and campaign performance.

Requirements

• BS/MSc in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in analysing and optimising email remarketing campaigns to improve customer retention and conversion rates.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, and various media buying platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in the financial, fintech, or FX services industry.
