Operations Team Member (AML/CTF Compliance): Conducting detailed analysis and managing compliance queues for Square’s APAC Transaction Monitoring Team, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Location: Fully remote based in Australia only (preferably in Melbourne)

What you will do

• Conduct analysis of customer activities for non-compliance in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Monitor Compliance Queues and Cases in a timely and effective manner.
• Use policies to decision cases and escalate as appropriate.
• Manage internal escalations from stakeholders through multiple channels.
• Assist with the development of policies and program enhancements.
• Participate in team planning and proactively engage in the team environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of AML CTF and Compliance Operations Experience.
• Must be Australia based (preferably in Melbourne).
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Experience working in a finance or risk environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant tertiary education.
• Fin-tech, Banking or insurance industry experience.
