What you will do
- Conduct analysis of customer activities for non-compliance in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Monitor Compliance Queues and Cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Use policies to decision cases and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage internal escalations from stakeholders through multiple channels.
- Assist with the development of policies and program enhancements.
- Participate in team planning and proactively engage in the team environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of AML CTF and Compliance Operations Experience.
- Must be Australia based (preferably in Melbourne).
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Experience working in a finance or risk environment.
Nice to have
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Fin-tech, Banking or insurance industry experience.
