What you will do

  • Optimize team performance, ensuring SLA compliance with a 7-person team.
  • Manage compliance rate for data transmission to Risk & Compliance and French authorities (95%+ target).
  • Lead knowledge transfer and establish professional standards for the Barcelona team.
  • Implement consistent fraud rules, training, and processes across all markets.
  • Continuously optimize the French fraud defense system.

Requirements

  • Experience in transaction monitoring (not e-commerce fraud) and document analysis, ideally in fintech or established financial institutions.
  • Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
  • C1 level in English and French is required for communication with French stakeholders and authorities.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) or other financing solutions for cross-market ownership.
