Location: Requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week.

What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable vulnerability management process.
• Oversee and optimize the security scanning ecosystem, including Qualys, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, and Nuclei.
• Leverage BigQuery, Splunk, and Looker for data analysis, reporting, and defining KPIs for remediation velocity and risk posture.
• Manage a team of vulnerability engineers and lead cadence calls with technical teams.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to Director+ leadership, translating complex security risks into business impact.
• Manage the vulnerability lifecycle across US, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring compliance and time-zone-aligned remediation workflows.
• Maintain a comprehensive "Single Source of Truth" for all VM policies and playbooks in Confluence.
• Manage integration between security scanners and Jira for ticket routing and tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in a leadership or program management role focused on Vulnerability Management.
• Solid understanding of process development, implementation, and improvement (certifications like ITIL is a plus).
• Familiarity with automation-focused tools like Nuclei, Qualys, and Twistlock.
• Ability to query and visualize data using SQL (BigQuery), Splunk, or Looker.
• English: B2/B1 proficiency is mandatory for leading meetings and writing reports.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building security processes from the ground up and managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Leadership or program management role experience in Vulnerability Management.
• ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Qualys and Twistlock.
