What you will do

• Manage a multi-functional team covering security operations, vulnerability management, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Adapt global security standards and automations to meet local Swiss regulatory and data residency requirements.
• Serve as a key technical resource and escalation point for complex security reviews and high-stakes incidents.
• Partner with global security, pentesting, and compliance teams to implement long-term solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and increase monitoring efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional security experience with a proven track record in engineering leadership or team management.
• Strong proficiency in web application security, including OWASP Top 10 and web-layer defenses.
• Ability to communicate complex security risks to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Experience navigating high-uptime, cloud-native environments.
• Must be physically based in Switzerland due to regulatory data access requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SAST/SCA.
• Knowledge of Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and ITSM solutions like JIRA.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Security, or CCSK.
