Salary: $50,000–$60,000 USD

What you will do

• Implement Paid Social campaigns, including plan assembly, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data to inform strategies.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Craft clear internal and external communications for team and client needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and client objectives.
• Maintain working knowledge of Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of paid social experience (Meta ads required; TikTok and Snapchat a bonus).
• Comfortable with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns).
• High level of independence, curiosity, and desire to grow responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
