hirify.global is a concept art and illustration studio working with international talent, clients, and entertainment studios.

What you will do

• Create concept art, illustrations, and character designs for client projects.
• Work closely with the Art Director and collaborate with other artists.
• Adapt artwork to a wide range of client-provided artistic styles.
• Develop designs from early concepts to fully rendered, high-quality final artwork.
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and deliver against deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of freelance or studio industry experience.
• Excellent 2D art skills and expertise in Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of value, lighting, colour, perspective, human anatomy, proportion, fashion, and different cultures.
• Excellent narrative and illustrative skills, with a strong affinity for storytelling.
• Ability to work across different artistic styles and produce polished final renders.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D modelling and rendering tools such as MODO, Blender, or ZBrush.
• Shipped video game titles.
• Portfolio examples of fantasy, sci-fi, and modern-day character designs and polished illustrations.
