What you will do

• Create advanced logic, formulas, and dashboards in Google Sheets to build semi-automated validation tools.
• Streamline QA reporting, bug tracking, and data consistency through automation.
• Cross-validate in-game configuration data against source documentation and implement automated alerts.
• Take ownership of QA tracking tools, evolving them into intelligent, reusable, and scalable systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements to support smarter testing processes.
• Automate LiveOps workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Jira, Make.com, or light scripting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, QE, or tool-building roles, preferably in live-service games or digital products.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Demonstrated experience creating test utilities in spreadsheets or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Jira automation, or similar process automation tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of clear cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with game economy systems or LiveOps pipelines.
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or Python).
• Familiarity with automated pipelines or QA tooling in game development.
