TL;DR
Junior Game Tester (Gaming): Testing and verifying video games for functionality, bugs, usability, and overall player experience with an accent on providing feedback to development teams and ensuring high-quality game releases. Focus on identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with QA leads to maintain product quality.

Location: Bucharest, Romania; onsite office near Victoria Square

Salary: 4050 RON gross starting salary per month

What you will do

  • Test and verify video games for functionality, bugs, usability, and overall player experience.
  • Identify and report bugs with clear, detailed feedback.
  • Provide feedback to development teams on game quality and player experience.
  • Work with QA leads to support high-quality game releases.

Requirements

  • 0–12 months of experience.
  • Passion for games of all genres, especially RPGs.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, spoken and written.
  • Interest in starting a gaming industry career and learning how games are made.
  • Strong teamwork skills, ambition, reliability, and willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to have

  • Console gaming experience with platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, or VR.
  • Steam beta testing experience and an established game library.
  • Forum bug-reporting and detailed feedback experience.
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, 3D modeling, economics, statistics, or Microsoft Office.
