What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring all aspects of the game are thoroughly tested.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow.
• Identify and analyze complex bugs, pinpointing root causes and providing clear, actionable reports.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure bug fixes address the root problem and don’t introduce new issues.
• Research and implement new QA tools and methodologies to optimize testing processes.
• Contribute valuable insights to improve overall testing strategy and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game testing on multiple projects (mobile/PC/console).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop solutions.
• Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of various game genres and a keen eye for detail.
