Commercial Recruiter (HR Tech): Driving full-cycle recruitment for commercial go-to-market and operations teams with an accent on building partnerships with hiring managers and shaping the candidate experience. Focus on attracting and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams in a fast-growing startup environment.

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. The company offers relocation support for candidates moving to Berlin. Flexibility to work remotely for up to 104 days per year is provided post-probation.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 / year

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature.
  • Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong German and English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach.
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring in multiple EU markets.
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups.
