What you will do

• Design and implement business strategies and plans.
• Oversee daily company operations and the work of executives across IT, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Sales, Finance, and PR departments.
• Set and control the implementation of KPIs in the work of structural units.
• Find clients, negotiate, and conclude contracts.
• Set comprehensive goals (plans) for the performance and growth of the company.
• Report to the CEO about the company’s daily operation and plans for adjustments or developments to business operations strategy.

Requirements

• English (at least upper-Intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian.
• Experience in a similar position (+2 years).
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Ability to quickly diagnose problems and anticipate potential issues.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Responsibility, organization, punctuality, and ability to work in a remote team.
