What you will do

• Lead technical and product demos, driving technical workshops and solution architecture for clients.
• Manage client relationships by understanding their business requirements and technical support needs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams, contributing to the development of new product features.
• Act as a client advocate, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
• Communicate client requirements to the Sales Team.
• Explain APIs and create compelling technical demos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related accreditation.
• 5-8+ years in a client-facing technical role.
• 5+ years deep knowledge in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and/or trading.
• Prior experience in both pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects.
• Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs.
• Development experience with Javascript, Typescript, Python, and other web-based technologies/stacks.
