Business & Data Analyst Intern (Fintech): Supporting client experience teams by analyzing data, building PowerBI Dashboards, and testing new business initiatives with an accent on capital markets, trading, and financial technology. Focus on developing new BI solutions, optimizing existing ones, and understanding market regulations and financial markets.

Location: On-site in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates from Vilnius are prioritized.

Salary: 11 EUR/hour (Gross)

Requirements

• Studying Business, Finance, Data Science, Project Management, Engineering, or similar, graduating 2027 or 2028.
• Curiosity and interest in capital markets, business intelligence, or financial technology, paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in IT/technology and previous work in Linux and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Interest in programming or scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Previous experience with PowerBI, Jira, and/or data analytics.
