Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Collecting and formalizing business and functional requirements for thermal imaging and IoT solutions, with an accent on maintaining documentation and supporting backlog items. Focus on understanding system interactions and proposing functional improvements.

Location: Onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: 3000-4000 EUR (monthly bonus included) before taxes.

What you will do

• Collect and formalize business and functional requirements.
• Maintain and update requirements and documentation in Confluence.
• Write user stories and user cases.
• Participate in backlog preparation and refinement/grooming.
• Propose initiatives and suggestions for functional improvements.
• Understand principles of system analysis and interaction between system components.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or technology environments.
• Experience in writing and maintaining functional requirements, user stories, and user cases.
• Understanding of business analysis principles and documentation best practices.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal Russian and English (B1+ level).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with devices/embedded systems and mobile application interaction.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude) and localization.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence).
