Location: This is a hybrid remote position based in London, United Kingdom, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. A valid work permit in the UK is mandatory.

What you will do

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice and support.
• Conduct Omni Insight Review calls and provide user training on system functionality.
• Utilize specialized industry knowledge to analyze validity and quality of client data.
• Work with Product & Development Teams to identify and correct platform issues affecting data updates.
• Manage client cases using SalesForce Service Cloud and assist clients with data-related inquiries.
• Continuously work to improve processes and help streamline service for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in the asset management or banking industry is recommended.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detailed analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel and good database skills.
• Ability to expertly navigate Salesforce.
• Must be available outside of normal workday hours and over weekends as workload and deadlines require.
