What you will do
- Design, automate, and maintain integrations across enterprise applications and platforms using Workato.
- Architect scalable automation solutions and apply Workato best practices and governance standards.
- Integrate Workato workflows with AI/LLM services for intelligent decision-making and data enrichment.
- Build, optimize, and support ETL/ELT processes through Workato pipelines.
- Identify and implement improvements to address architectural gaps and enhance performance.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance, platform guidance, and mentorship for Workato users.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in integration development across enterprise systems.
- At least 1–2 years of strong, practical experience with Workato, including recipe development, custom connectors, and platform governance.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, REST principles, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and experience building data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and ability to integrate AI services into workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex integration issues.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Salesforce Streaming Events or Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Familiarity with integration governance and recipe optimization frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or Snowflake.
