What you will do
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve Google Cloud–based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
- Build, manage, and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code setup using Terraform and Terramate.
- Enhance and automate CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and developer experience.
- Improve monitoring, observability, and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and security/compliance improvements, including ISO27001-related automation.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to design resilient, scalable services and deployment architectures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform/Terramate.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Good knowledge of networking, Linux systems, and system design fundamentals.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Helm or other Kubernetes tooling.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, or secrets management.
- Familiarity with SOC2/ISO27001 audits or security automation.
- Experience working in high-availability SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of SQL databases or distributed systems concepts.
