Quantitative Researcher (HFT/Crypto): Researching and developing alpha-generating signals and statistical models for high-frequency systematic trading with an accent on strategy implementation, inventory management, risk management, and execution. Focus on solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced and evolving digital asset market landscape.

Location: Remote-first setup with flexibility (core coverage expected for your trading region). Must be based out of Europe.

What you will do

• Research and develop alpha-generating signals.
• Build statistical models and ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and traders on strategy implementation.
• Add value across the profit pipeline including alpha generation, inventory management, risk management, execution, and strategy logic.

Requirements

• 3+ years quantitative research experience within a HFT/MFT systematic environment.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Python expertise with a proven research track record.
• Experience with market-leading modelling and learning methods.
• Experience with the high performance requirements of HFT and understanding of low latency systems.
• Fluency in English to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in both traditional finance (TradFi) and cryptocurrency markets.
