What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale the Data Engineering team, overseeing hiring and technical growth.
• Define and execute the long-term vision for the data platform across DWH, ingestion, and streaming layers.
• Integrate AI/LLMs to automate pipeline development, data quality, and natural language data exploration.
• Develop and own the infrastructure for marketing attribution, segmentation, and growth analytics.
• Scale low-latency infrastructure for trading, payments, and risk-critical workloads.
• Establish company-wide standards for data quality, lineage, observability, and governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing robust DWH architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts.
• Deep technical expertise in ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience with MarTech and automating analytics to drive business growth.
• Practical interest or experience in applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows.
• Strong passion for or experience in the Crypto/FinTech industry.
