What you will do

• Help shape and scale a category-leading RegTech platform, contributing to building a European champion in compliance automation.
• Lead product discovery in close collaboration with customers and internal teams, turning validated user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design to drive end-to-end product delivery within agile (SCRUM) environments.
• Convert regulatory, technical, and business inputs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap initiatives.
• Use customer insights, product usage data, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product value, usability, and adoption.
• Support roadmap planning and prioritisation by balancing customer impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and SCRUM-based workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
• Experience or strong interest in compliance, privacy, information security, or RegTech products.
• Startup or scale-up experience, with comfort working in evolving and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on compliance-driven or regulation-heavy products.
• Exposure to European regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR).
• Experience working with AI-powered features, automation, or data-driven product capabilities in a B2B SaaS environment.
