What you will do

• Create, review, validate, and refine legal agreement content for document templates and generators.
• Translate legal requirements into user-facing questions, conditional logic, and reusable clauses.
• Structure agreement content for dynamic assembly based on user input.
• Ensure legal accuracy and usability for self-service by non-lawyers.
• Identify generic versus jurisdiction-specific content and support international expansion.
• Review legal texts, flag risks, and define best practices for legal content maintenance.

Requirements

• Law degree required.
• 2–4 years of legal experience, with 1–2 years in a product company, LegalTech, SaaS, or tech-enabled service.
• Strong understanding of contract law and standardized agreements.
• Experience collaborating with product teams (PMs, designers, engineers).
• Excellent written English with the ability to draft clear, precise legal content.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset balancing legal accuracy with product speed.
• Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription-based or D2C products.
• Exposure to multi-country or cross-border legal frameworks.
• Interest in LegalTech, document automation, or self-service legal tools.
• Familiarity with CMS-based content management or structured document systems.
