What you will do

• Lead client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification and solution alignment.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize business asks, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows.
• Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff.
• Work closely with developers and Business System Analysts for system alignment.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products.
• Assign and review design tasks for designers within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products.
• Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces and workflow-driven logic.
• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technical constraints, including backend logic and system rules.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) required for client communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading designers.
• Background in enterprise web and mobile products.
