Staff Product Designer

TL;DR

Staff Product Designer: Shaping and executing design strategy for complex platform and enterprise experiences with an accent on problem-solving, value articulation, and system-level impact. Location: This is a remote role within the USA; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: Annual US base salary range for this role is $155,600 - $204,700 USD.

What you will do

• Shape and execute design strategy for complex initiatives, defining problems and exploring opportunities.
• Lead discovery, synthesis, and validation, including generative and exploratory research, to understand customer needs.
• Apply systems thinking and information architecture to define structures, relationships, and flows.
• Translate strategy and structure into clear, high-quality interaction and UI designs that are intuitive and scalable.
• Act as a strong, diplomatic partner across functions, integrating customer and business needs into design decisions.
• Mentor and uplift designers within the Platform & Enterprise pillar.

Requirements

• Experience designing complex, system-driven products, with ability to reason about relationships and workflows.
• Strong foundation in interaction and UI design, able to translate abstract concepts into intuitive interfaces.
• Comfort operating in technical or data-informed environments, collaborating with engineering and research.
• Demonstrated experience leading discovery and research efforts, turning insights into clear direction.
• Experience guiding and mentoring other designers, elevating craft and strategic decision-making.
