- Leverage data, automation, and AI to prioritize cohorts and refine campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop frameworks and improve customer success outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the continental United States.
- 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS customer success, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience designing digital programs that drive measurable results.
- Strong data and automation skills with ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ownership mindset and adaptability to evolving tools and customer needs.
