What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for Kinaxis Rapid Response Authorship, Automation chains, and Performance improvements.
• Provide guidance and strategy on solution design and overall system/data architecture.
• Partner with business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.
• Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and enhance Rapid Response resources for Supply Chain Planning.
• Configure, data map, and integrate into Rapid Response.

Requirements

• 8+ years of functional/professional experience in business analysis, project management, testing, and/or application support.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
• Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional and system requirements.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions.
• English: B2 required.
