What you will do

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers, focusing on Kubernetes solutions in HPC environments.
• Collaborate with customers to understand unique business needs and create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate the value and viability of hirify.global's solutions.
• Drive technical leadership and direction during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Act as a virtual member of Kubernetes product and engineering teams, identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
• Conduct periodic technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads, pinpointing optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed of the latest developments and trends in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and infrastructure, sharing thought leadership.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, engineer, researcher, or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure, focusing on building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services, with an expertise focused on scalable Kubernetes solutions.
• Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Proven track record with building customer relationships and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs, Infiniband, and NVIDIA Collective Communications Library (NCCL).
• Experience with running large-scale Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) training and inference workloads on technologies such as Slurm and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in Singapore; remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) OR eligible to access export-controlled information without authorization OR eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency.
