What you will do

• Lead Product & Technology vision, modernizing PMS platforms and enhancing data, security, and AI capabilities.
• Own the product roadmap, translating customer, clinical, and regulatory needs into product outcomes.
• Shape architecture for a scalable, cloud-native, health-grade platform with strong interoperability.
• Advance AI and data-driven innovation to improve workflows, decision support, and patient experience.
• Build and develop high-performing Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Data teams across NZ.
• Champion delivery excellence by embedding modern engineering, automation, and DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior product and technology leadership (CPTO, CTO, CPO, or equivalent), ideally within health information systems, clinical software, or regulated SaaS.
• Proven track record modernizing and scaling complex platforms, ideally with experience in healthcare-grade interoperability or Salesforce ecosystems.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, .NET/Angular modernization, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Strong understanding of health data privacy, clinical safety standards, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NZ Privacy Act, HIPAA-aligned practices.
• Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML, analytics, or decision-support solutions.
• Experience leading distributed teams and shaping high-performance cultures grounded in excellence, empathy, and mission-driven work.

Nice to have

• Experience building or evolving data-driven products in Medtech, digital health, or other highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), API-first architectures, or AI/ML data pipelines in clinical environments.
• Familiarity with digital patient engagement, clinical workflow optimisation, or predictive analytics.
