• Drive platform-wide initiatives around performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Own planning cadences, delivery rituals, and team growth & impact cycles.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams and building culture.
• Deep backend expertise, especially in designing scalable, performant Java systems.
• Experience building or working with complex permissioning systems or access control infrastructure.
• Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance engineering excellence with fast-paced delivery in a product-led company.
