What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations, automations, and customizations across hirify.global and customers’ workflows.
• Utilize advanced AI techniques, including Generative AI, prompt engineering, and semantic search fine-tuning.
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis, write advanced SQL queries, and create dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
• Manage communication and feedback loops with all stakeholders, including customers, engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Explore and adopt new technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities and customer solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on coding experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, and data embeddings.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, NodeJS, or other backend technologies.
• Prior experience in customer-facing solution engineering or consulting.
