What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven integrations, automations, and platform customizations.
• Utilize Generative AI, prompt engineering, and semantic search fine-tuning to solve complex customer problems.
• Conduct sophisticated data analysis and write advanced SQL queries to drive strategic decisions via dashboards.
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical strategy and excellence of the team.
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, and data embeddings.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang or NodeJS.
• Prior experience in customer-facing solution engineering or consulting.
